Regarding the documentation, I think the wiki should be updated to  
mention that there are available packages (which should take of  
dependencies) for Ubuntu, NetBSD and Mac OS X (if you bootstrap pkgsrc  
on SnowLeopard).
On the .SE DNS ref. meeting today, Jakob also mentioned RedHat/CentOS  
but I don't know anything about those...
