[Opendnssec-user] manual key rollover results in "1970-01-01 01:00:00"

Not sure what happened exactly, but I'm looking in to this today.
It is not a reason to worry. These values are for the user only (to keep
the output compatible with 1.4), no operational decisions are based on
these timestamps.
