[Opendnssec-user] AllowExtraction option is missing in 2.x

Hi,

in version 2.x we're missing the option "|AllowExtraction" in OpenDNSSEC
config file. This option was introduced in commit 672d2c7 [1], which
seems to be merged only in the 1.4 branch.

Could you please check if that is the case? If so, would it please be
possible to merge this commit into the master branch as well?
