Yes, pretty much looks like it.

But just to be sure, what exactly refers

     notify->xfrhandler->engine->dnshandler->interfaces->interfaces[0]

to, if translated to a config file and config option ?

<Configuration><Signer><Listener> in conf.xml, or something else ?
