Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the particular issue but would
like to note that we are working on official Windows support for SoftHSM
v2. Most likely, this will be available in the next minor release
(2.1.0), as we are currently finalising 2.0.0. Have you tried compiling
with OpenSSL as a crypto engine?
