[Opendnssec-user] v1.4.6 static analysis results & discovered bugs

Petr,

I fixed most of the issues and merged them in the 1.4 develop branch
on github. All memory leaks in ods-ksmutil are untouched. It is a
short lived program and I want to prevent make it /Farpotshket/.
