The latest enforcer ng developments however are in a separate branch,
and thus for OpenDNSSEC:

svn co http://svn.opendnssec.org/svn/dnssec/branches/OpenDNSSEC-enforcer-ng/
cd OpenDNSSEC
sh autogen.sh
./configure
