[Opendnssec-user] Upgrading to 1.3.7

Hi,

After upgrading from svn r6202 to 1.3.7 I get the following error when I run ods-ksmutils key list:

ERROR: database version number incompatible with software; require 2, found 3. Please run the migration scripts

MIGRATION has no information about migration issues from 1.3.6 to 1.3.7 but if I run `enforcer/utils/migrate_keyshare_sqlite3.pl -d /var/opendnssec/kasp.db` I get:

duplicate column name: state at migrate_keyshare_sqlite3.pl line 75.
