[Opendnssec-user] ods-signerd crasher

The problem turns out to be that the Input Adapter in the zonelist.xml
was commented out. The signer then of course does not know where to
retrieve the unsigned zone and hits the assertion error.

A fix has been committed that ensures that all required elements in the
zonelist are present, otherwise it won't accept the zonelist file.
