what I did on the fresh install was: apt-get install opendnssec softhsm

I check group file then, and the group softhsm was not present. I
called "groupadd softhsm" to fix the problem (called the apt-get install
again, which did not fail this time).

Nice, I found reportbug working without local mail server. Didn't know
that. I reported
my issue there too, for documentation purpose. It's Bug#631177.

I'll give feedback when I managed to update to 1.3rc3 from
experimental.
