[Opendnssec-user] confusing error messages

So... what the message should have said is: *previous* output SOA SERIAL is
2011032205"?  I was confused that the two SOA SERIAL values in the line
were the same, but in general I suppose this message would also be logged
when the SOA SERIAL goes down (modulo wrap-around of course).
