[Opendnssec-user] signerd keeps complaining about unused zone fetcher

Hi Tom,

This error is not harmful, since the zone fetcher should not be notified
at all if you are not using it. However it is misleading. I made a fix
for this in the subversion repository, making sure it only prints the
error if the <ZoneFetchFile> element was found.
