I am an IT consultant working on a re-delegation plan for a ccTLD
domain.

As an opensource solutions advocate I will like to recommend opendnssec
for the solution to migrate existing DNSSEC deployed infrastructure.

I will like to know, if possible, How many TLD are currently using it?
