[Opendnssec-user] Database version number

I have changed the enforcer database and code in trunk so that a version
number is checked on connect, preventing software from running against an
incompatible database...

If you are building and running from trunk then you will need to update
your enforcer database.

A migration script is provided so please run:

sqlite3 <PATH_TO_ENFORCER.DB> < enforcer/utils/migrate_090930_1.sqlite3

or "ksmutil setup" if you don't want to keep existing data.
