[Opendnssec-develop] Enforcer NG test, using protocol buffers to acccess configuration data from C++

For the enforcer NG I've taken a look at the database and concluded that over half of the tables is related to storing a flattened version of the kasp.xml file.
I've taken two days to create a proof of concept using Google's protocol buffers that could do the same job better.
Attached you'll find a PDF document describing the work done and the kasp.proto file used to generated the configuration wrappers.
The idea is to discuss this in the enforcer telephone meeting this afternoon.
