[Opendnssec-develop] pkcs11.h license

someone dropped me an email telling me that SoftHSM's pkcs11.h isn't  
GPL-compatible:

now, we have a BSD-license, but if someone would like to use it in a  
GPL context we should perhaps look at:

rickard; could check if it would be possible to get rid of the RSA  
license by using the file above? (and the same for other files)
