[Opendnssec-user] Change SoftHSM user pin

If you do not have the old pins, then you will loose the encryption key
used for encrypting the private objects.
(You can replace the pins by manually editing the token object and
replacing the salted and hashed pin. Check the source code for the correct
format and functions.)
