[Opendnssec-user] addns.xml update deletes all domains

Yes, you can do a 'zonelist export' to make sure the zonelist.xml
contains all configured zones. BUT you don't need to run the 'update
all' command at all.
If you add zones via the CLI (ods-enforcer zone add -z XXX) there isn't
a need to do a zonelist import. And you probably also have no use for
importing policies and repositories at that time. Which are the tree
things 'update all' does.
