Run "make check" in top-level build directory and that is it.
Fedora is using this set of packages for build:
openssl-devel >= 1.0.1k-6, sqlite-devel >= 3.4.2, cppunit-devel, gcc-c++,
pkgconfig, p11-kit-devel, nss-devel
