windows binaries of SoftHSM 2.1.0 with statically linked OpenSSL 1.0.2g
crypto backend and a file storage backend have just been released.

SoftHSM 2.1.0 "portable" ZIP archive can be downloaded from

SoftHSM 2.1.0 MSI installer can be downloaded from
