Hi Havard,

I believe I have fixed the issue where zones are getting stuck when
adding/notifying more than ~50 zones. You will find it in the 1.4
development tree on github.

It appears the part of the code that should handle the overflow of
connection attempts was incomplete. Connections waiting for a slot
remained waiting forever. Using this branch we can no longer get our
zones in a 'stuck' state. Please give it a go.

It does not fix the other issues you reported. But I have the strong
suspicion these are eventually triggered by the stuck zone issue.
We'll keep working on fixing those of course but we have some slow
weeks ahead. Hopefully this patch buys us some time.
