You'll find the 2.x development in my dbx [2] branch. I plan to push
it to the develop branch [1] soon-ish.

If you do, make sure to use the dbx branch. The database backend is
overhauled quite drastically. Development on this branch was on
lowered priority for a bit. It should build and run, it's output might
not be entirely correct at this point.
