[Opendnssec-user] behaviour when disk is full

Hi,

I ended up with a full disk on my signer machine. While opendnssec still
"signed", it clobbered all files to zero length, destroying all zone
files. The log entries appeared without any indication of trouble, so
this failure was not obvious when looking at the logs either.

It would be nice if the failure was a little more graceful. Don't
overwrite existing signed zones with 0 byte files, and log something
about not having disk space.
