Perhaps it is a collision between the use of OpenSSL in Botan and the use
of OpenSSL in OpenDNSSEC/LDNS?

A short term solution may be to ignore the --with-openssl when configuring
the build of Botan. But the best thing is to forward this issue to the
Botan list and see if there is a solution to handle OpenSSL in both the
application and the library.
