On recent versions of OpenDNSSEC, you can now use "ods-signer debug-locks" to retrieve helpful information for Matthijs.

These are hard to reproduce, so anything you can do to help debugging them is kindly welcomed.  They do popup once in a while, that is why the debug-locks command was added.
