There isn't one so posting here is fine. Or you can open a support issue via the bug tracker:

We test SoftHSM 1.3.5 on the same platforms as ODS - the list is on this page:

we do run 'make check' in our regression testing suite which is currently passing on all these platforms. But as you can see ppc64 isn't there so I can't speak to whether this is new or not, just that it is currently unsupported.
