Hi Jörg,
We use 1.4 and the Luna SA too.
I built 1.4 from http://dist.opendnssec.org/source/testing/opendnssec-1.4.0b2.tar.gz and I added the following lines to the configure file:

... and then used this as a an argument to ./configure
--with-pkcs11-safenet=/usr/lunasa/lib/libCryptoki2.so
