[Opendnssec-user] patch submission via JIRA

Hello,

I would like to submit a softhsm patch that implements the RSASSA-PSS
signature scheme. According to information found at the OpenDNSSEC
website, I should create a ticket in your JIRA instance. Unfortunately
after account creation it turned out I don't even have sufficient
privileges to log in, let alone ticket creation.

So what should I do next?

What does patch review process look like?
