[Opendnssec-user] Testing of OpenDNSSEC 1.3.0rc2

Is the first warning removed with this patch? Added one extra pair of
brackets around AC_LANG_PROGRAM
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2011-04/msg00015.html).
