Hi Gilles,
This is an exceptional case where the domain was removed from the zone,
but the signer was not able to free the memory and remove the node from
the tree.
However, I see now that log message is in the wrong place: There are
some cases where we may not free the memory of the domain (for example,
it becomes an empty non-terminal), but we would still check to see if
the domain was actually deleted, resulting in printing the
false-negative error log.
I'll put the log message in the right spot for the next release.
