[Opendnssec-user] Adding zones with ods-ksmutil

Hi,

When adding a new zone to OpenDNSSEC, the signer engine does not
immediately know about the new zone. Only after the enforcer has created
a signer configuration for the zone, the signer engine is being notified
with a ods-signer update command.

You may speed things up by reloading the enforcer (by sending a SIGHUP).
