In our testing environment we are using a home-made Perl script that
acts as DelegationSignerSubmitCommand, saving the DS record on a file
and sending it my email.

Please find it attached, I hope it helps as a mock-up.

For other tasks we use SEC (http://simple-evcorr.sourceforge.net/) to
check the log files.
