[Opendnssec-user] ods : fetcher doesn't kick the signer [SOLVED]

The zone fetcher only reports an error if system() returns an error
(value -1). However, in this case the program could not be found (wrong
path) and system returns 127.

Perhaps it is better to report an error if the return value != 0.
