[Opendnssec-user] Missing DNSKEY and SOA RRSIG records

Hi Antti,

This had to do with an earlier fix:

When skipping the SOA record (because we print it at the top of the
file), we need to increase the line count (otherwise the finalizer
continues to think he needs to skip the SOA line).
