[Opendnssec-user] Cannot run 'ksmutil update': "ERROR: error executing SQL - no such table: dbadmin"

This was an issue that I introduced into b4 that is fixed in trunk...

Short of running the version from trunk you could execute something like:

$ sqlite3 /var/opendnssec/kasp.db <
/share/opendnssec/database_create.sqlite3

after which ksmutil setup and ksmutil update should work.
