[Opendnssec-develop] All jenkins jobs will be temporarily turned off

Hi all,

All the jenkins jobs will be turned off today.

This is because I need to find a better way to handle Git then we do now.
The JGit we are using today, because the other one requires Git 1.7+ on all
nodes which we don't have, will not work with the pull request workflow we
have in the works.

Hopefully this will be done by the end of the day.
