[Opendnssec-develop] Release of OpenDNSSEC 1.4.2 and the failing tests

Hi All, 

Sorry - I wasn't in the office this morning. The test failures are due to changes to the test scripts I made on Monday. I thought I had fixed this yesterday but clearly not (but will do so now). However I have no problem with the release going out as I understand exactly why these tests are failing. 

Jerry - everything is up to date in the branch so please go ahead with the release.
