[Opendnssec-develop] Fwd: Maintenance of eppclient

You may remember an issue was raised with the use of libcurl in the eppclient implementation on the mailing list last year. After some discussion it is proposed that the contents of the trunk/OpenDNSSEC/plugins directory is moved to a trunk/contrib directory (see below for details). If no-one has any objections I will go ahead with this - probably on Friday this week but certainly before any 1.4 release candidate.
