I would be happy to see everything that goes in the NEWS have an OPENDNSSEC issue so it gets tracked/reviewed properly and then we could have a format like

* OPENDNSSEC-XXX:  fix a pesky bug
* OPENDNSSEC-XXX: [SUPPORT-XX] fix another pesky bug reported by a user
