[Opendnssec-develop] SoftHSM v1 now at git

I've now moved SoftHSM v1 to git at https://github.com/opendnssec/SoftHSMv1.

SoftHSM v1 is the first module that will use the git flow process for managing code. Hence, any changes must be made in your own (cloned) repository, before requesting code review by submitting a pull request to the main repository. After review, the code will be merged into the develop branch [1]. Before release, one of our release managers (Jerry, with Jakob as backup) will release and merge changes back to master [2].

The subversion repository for SoftHSMv1 will stick around for a couple days more, please do NOT commit any code to this repository.
