[Opendnssec-develop] Supported build dependency for libraries etc

Hi,

In my and John discussions how to build this we have come up with a couple
of solutions and here they are.

A note on B is that you could use jenkins version matrix as described in A
for the major branch name to minimize the job count but you wont as easily
see what breaks.
