I'm not entirely sure where this issue came from, it turned up while we 
were discussing the 1.3.3 release...

I've had a few attempts to recreate it, with both the first KSK into the 
system and subsequent keys. Does anyone have more information on it, or 
have the contact information for the original reporter?
