 I'm fine with your own m4 files not having license boilerplate.  Having
 LICENSE file in basedir would help though.  But I will just assume that
 they are 2-clause BSD, copyright mixed (Nominet UK for auditor, enforcer,
 Nominet UK+.SE for libhsm, NLNet Labs for signer).

 But I'm not fine with taking python.m4 from automake, modifying it for
 ruby and dropping original license.
