 Putting a copyright on files like this seems just absurd. We don't put
 copyright on the autoconf files either and not on the READMEs. the
 resulting configure scripts seems to automatically be copyright FSF -
 which is absurd since it is a derived work based on the autoconf.ac file.

 Just say no to this nonsense.
