Yes.

If the general consensus is that the auditor configuration should be 
hard-coded to a particular auditor implementation in the main kasp.xml 
file, then I'm quite happy to do that. Our feeling was that a little 
decoupling could be a good thing, if the future plan was to allow plug-in 
auditors.

The majority of opendnssec users are not going to need to configure a 
partial auditor, and the main configuration file could be said to be 
confusing enough as it is - so why add more clutter that isn't really 
required?

Not that it really matters...
