[Opendnssec-develop] Test the new quicksorter

Hi.

As I wrote here a while back, a flaw was found in quicksorter that required extensive modification (in short, I sorted on the RDATA presentation format instead of the wire format).

The code has now been rewritten and could use some more testing and/or review. If you have a few minutes to spare, please take a look here:
