All of the man-pages now have text in them. There remains two thing:

1. How to handle the licenses for the man-pages

Currently is says:

There is no OpenDNSSEC entity. And no LICENSE file.

Do you need a license in a man-page?

2. Substitute e.g. /etc/opendnssec/conf.xml with @opendnssecsysconfdir@/conf.xml (+ AC_SUBST)

Can this wait for 1.0.0?
