[Opendnssec-develop] keys formerly known as "Emergency"

I've renamed "Emergency" keys as "Standby" keys to better reflect their
role. This has meant some database changes in svn r1841

As usual a migration script is provided so please run:

sqlite3 <PATH_TO_ENFORCER.DB> < enforcer/utils/migrate_090922_1.sqlite3

or "ksmutil setup" if you don't want to keep existing data.


Also, you will need to rebuild in the xml directory if you do not regularly
do this as it changes the .rng files.
