[Opendnssec-develop] ods-control start

Hi - 

I have a problem with "ods-control start" on OSX. The call "ods-signer 
start" (which is made by the "ods-control start" command) does not work on 
OSX - it complains about pthread_cond_wait invalid arguments (possibly 
some sort of Python artefact?).

Fixing "ods-signer start" would be ideal. However, in the absence of a fix 
for this, what do people think to changing the "ods-control start" command 
to start ods-signerd, rather than call "ods-signer start"?
