It's a non-issue.  It's okay to refer to RSA with their prescribed
thank-you (that's simply credit where credit is due) and other
than that there are no problems with this license.  RSA clearly wants
this header file to be used, instead of paid for.

Licensing issues have a way of causing fear/uncertainty/doubt but
since this license is wide-open we need not waste our time on that.
